Pelvic Floor Therapy

Balanced Physical Therapy & Pilates initially began as strictly a physical therapy clinic. We had been able to provide stellar care in a one-on-one setting, helping others move better and feel better so they can live the active lives they desire. While we continued to offer that service, we are began offering private and group Pilates classes, to help merge the balance between wellness and fitness. The one aspect of care that we did not offer was pelvic floor physical therapy. That is until now! Dr. Colleen has joined the Balanced team and is now here to serve all pelvic floor related needs.

Pelvic Floor Therapy is designed to assess, treat, and prevent a range of pelvic floor issues. From pelvic pain and incontinence to prenatal and postpartum concerns, our therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs.

  • Assessment: Our therapists conduct thorough assessments to understand the root causes of your symptoms, considering both physical and emotional factors.

  • Education: Empower yourself with knowledge. Learn about the anatomy of the pelvic floor, its functions, and how various factors can impact its health.
