Dr. Bridget Kelly Sinha

Dr. Bridget Kelly Sinha is a physical therapist based in Charlotte, NC.

She attended Elon University where she began training as a BFA Dance Performance and Choreography major. After many dance-related injuries, she began studying dance biomechanics and injury prevention. This interest led her to develop an independent major in Dance Science. After completing her BA in Dance Science, Bridget worked as Director of Dance Medicine and Conditioning in a physical therapy practice. While working closely with physical therapists there, it became clear that physical therapy would be a great career path to help both dancers and non-dancers rehabilitate from injuries and improve their quality of life.

Bridget went on to attend the University of Kentucky, where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Prior to relocating to Charlotte, she has been a practicing physical therapist in Minneapolis, MN where she specialized in working with dancers, runners, and treating chronic low back and neck pain. Bridget has also worked as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor. Her dance biomechanics research has been presented internationally. She is also an active member of the International Association for Dance Medicine and Science.

Sarah Clifford

Sarah Clifford’s introduction with Pilates came with watching her mom workout to Denise Austin on VHS in the late 90’s. Little did she know that after 16 years as a dancer and performer, she would turn to Pilates for a safe method of working out after injury.

After graduating from Seton Hall University with a Bachelors in Theatre Performance, she decided to pursue her Pilates Teacher Training through Club Pilates in Westfield. There under the careful instruction of Master Trainer Gina Berta, she comprehensively trained in mat and reformer Pilates, springboard, barre, TRX and trigger point therapy. She is currently pursuing a certification in Pre and Postnatal exercise through Girls Gone Strong.

Her passion lies in showing people how Pilates can enhance their everyday life, and empower them to live confidently. She enjoys creating dynamic and effective flows for her clients and loves that there is always something new to learn on the reformer.

When she is not teaching Pilates, Sarah enjoys cycling, traveling and spending time on Wrightsville Beach with her college sweetheart, Brian and their rescue terrier, Marty.
